Not sure of what to think about my experience yet... went in for a $300 oil change, but upon leaving my car informed me that there was no oil in my vehicle. I informed my service technician immediately, and he bought it to the back again. He said the technician said that it just needed to be reset, but I know for a fact that enough oil was not added to my vehicle. The problem was fixed, but I don't like feeling that I was not told the entire truth. I will bring my car again for the next service, so I guess we'll see what happens then

The day of the oil change, they were able to take me in without an appt but didn’t text me to pay for the service online and to pick up the car when the work was done as they told me they will. Generally, the dealership is quite good. They are always expensive, no matter what. They were repairing the 2 actuators that control opening the gas door. Took 3+ days to have parts (not unusual), and 2+ hrs to fix. They didn't finish the job by putting back a hold down part nor restructuring the little net on the side of the trunk. I still need the little part, and I hope the service guy I dealt with doesn't forget when I was leaving that he'd find one and text me so I could come and pick it up.

Highly recommend Audi Care and the Extended Warranty available at the dealership.

Audi West helped me out so quickly when my battery started to die. Scotty fit me in very last minute because of the urgency of this issue and I’m so thankful for that! Definitely went above and beyond to take care of his customer and I would be back to this location specifically because of that!

Most of the process was good. A bit of confusion on our vehicle which initially gave us lower trade in value but once that was cleared up, the negotiation was smooth. The only issue I had was that my bank already approved a loan for the vehicle we purchased. The dealership doesn’t take drafts from the bank. This was very inconvenient for us but we made it work for us and overall we’re satisfied with the process.

They do market adjustment on car price though but not as high as some popular 'affordable' car brands like KIA and Toyota. Overall the process was good and the sale person was friendly. Presentation however was not done to my expectation, When I bought my Lexus and Cadillac the salesperson went over everything with me and took me over to service department to introduce me to the people and showed me around. Since this is my first German car and it has so much Technology a better overview of the presentation would have been critical and beneficial. I went back the second day as the detail was not done properly and the service provider had a Corporate meeting at 1pm so he turned us over to another sales person who provided more in depth review of the car that would have been good to know before getting on the road.

I took my car in for 50,000 mile service, and new tires. All was done same day. Very friendly staff, and service advisor, Scotty.

Again I must commended the Service Dept at Audi West Houston for being responsive and thorough in an unusual situation. We had been discussing with our service advisor, Scott Finster, an intermittent problem with the tailgate on our 2018 Q5. It seemed to have a mind of its own, and was opening by itself when it shouldn’t have. Scott made arrangements for a diagnostic procedure from Germany, providing us with a loaner car during the multi-day process. The ECU for the trunk was ordered and replaced as a result. The day we picked it up, we discovered that one key needed reprogramming, and Audi West accommodated us again, and did the job in 30 minutes on short notice. Thanks for the first-class treatment!

Last month I took my 2017 S-6 in to check out one of the tires. I was greeted quickly by Juan Herrera and told that my usual mechanic was no longer with the dealership, but he would be happy to assist me. Less than an hour later I was on my way with a new tire at no cost, due to the Tire/Wheel protection I bought two years ago. At the end of November I traded in my A4 and purchased a used vehicle. I had originally leased it through Central however the sales department was uninterested in listening to what I wanted to purchase. Though most people don't like to be upsold, they just want the car they want, we went in to buy an A4, and cam out with an A5 Sportback, in the correct color, trim, leather, etc. We negotiated the deal, and the price was attractive (even though it was slightly higher than the A4). Service has been good (a little slow to change the oil), however very comfortable and inviting to wait.

I thought more things would be done to my my car for the 25,000 mile check up. The previous owner bought Audi Care which I inherited. But all that was done was an oil change. They tried to sell the rotating of tires thing at me, however I already had a bubble in the side wall from the stupid Pirelli's it came with and been to Discount Tires and had the rotation done. My advisor's were great and I had a loaner car which is a huge plus. No having to wait around.

Eric Ta was very helpful. He confirmed warranty and checked for any recalls. The car was available noted and given a nice wash.

I needed to get an emergency repair when my A/C went out in Houston’s “feels like” 110 degree weather on my way home from work. I called Audi West Houston shortly before they closed to see how soon I could bring in my car. Gaylyn Marks said she completely understood and would work me into the schedule for first thing in the morning. I assumed it was too late to get a loaner car to go to work the next morning so I planned to wait on the repair or take Gaylyn up on her offer to have someone drive me to work but to my surprise, she was able to hook me up with a loaner car after all! When I came in, I was helped by my “go to” guy, Mike Farrell who has been my service representative for over 8 years now. He is always very helpful and seems to be there 24/7. On the rare occasion he is not there, I have always received great service from all the reps at Audi West Houston. I never do reviews for businesses except for Audi West Houston. Good car service is very important to me and is a rare find.

I haven't purchased a car in 12 years, so I did my research and test drove every car imaginable. I visited Audi West Houston and Shaun Hannon was my Car Sales Rep. Very down to Earth and approachable; he was also very good with follow up. Once it came down to selecting the car and making the deal, the Finance Department at Audi West Houston gave me the runaround and tried me for a ridiculous interest rate, knowing that I have A1 credit. I also was "convinced" to purchase the Audi Term Care package, but I know that was because my OTD price on the Q3 was very inexpensive (they have to make their money somehow). At the end of the day, it wasn't a bad deal, but I know I could have received a better deal. I know next time to just go to my credit union for financing. Overall, I'm enjoying my new vehicle and Audi West Houston's customer service is great outside of the Finance Department. I definitely would recommend Shaun Hannon if you're interested in getting an Audi.

The Q7 that we own was due for a yearly inspection and oil change. The staff at the Audi West dealership is excellent. Gayln Marks, Service Consultant who has overseen my service to this vehicle for the last several years is experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely nice, again provided excellent advice in pointing out areas that required immediate attention on my automobile. Diane Nguyen was my salesperson at Audi West Houston. She was persistent with me for six months until I finally bought my dream car, the Audi S5 Hatchback. I have owned a lot of cool cars but this one is really cool. She is a great sales person. She didn't bother me she just kept in touch but kept her distance and kept her word with me and that is huge. The whole process was very simple and very easy. I bought the car from start to finish in 2 hours or less. I put off buying a car for a while because I hate the car buying experience. Not the case here. The boy in finance was so cool. I wish could remember his name. He made the whole thing really easy. Let's face it. Buying a car is a nerve racking thing. It's like marriage. You go in wanting to do it but the commitment can be overwhelming. These two were really super cool and it was just a fun experience. I have owned 3 Audi's and A4 an A6 and now this S5. I will buy another car from Diane. Ask for her if you are planning to buy from Audi West Houston. It was very very pleasant. She even followed up with me for a few weeks after the sale. AMAZING SERVICE! I was driving early Saturday morning to a bike ride, and my car overheated due to a water pump failure. Fortunately, the Audi dealership was close by, and arrived about an hour before the dealership opened. Nevertheless, they took me in and made quick and significant repairs (including a recall) such that my car was ready by the end of the day.

The car was repaired and is running well. The negative experience came with the customer service. We had to wait for 7h at the dealership with the service rep not giving any updates. We finally received a loaner vehicle for the weekend and ever received a call again from the dealership until we returned to the dealership the following week to check on the car. The car was ready and had likely been ready. Complete lack of communication.

My A7 had been recalled for several upgrades. Since the car had been tuned I was worried about the impact of the recall on the ECM flash. I took my car in for service for the first time since I bought it and the service department helped me thru the process explained everything. From the minute you get there you get great service, I like to call it red carpet service.

Everyone in service was extremely perfessional, I received frequent updates regarding my vehicle. My Audi Q3 was not connecting to Bluetooth ..error message ?telephone not installed? . The receptionist recommended the 1-800 number and once that did not work she recommended the tech to assist. I mentioned to her the issue is more than connection I know how to set-up Bluetooth she blew me off and told me she would have the tech give me a call. Another gentle then jumped in and said to the receptionist that is not a tech issue she needs to see service. I really appreciate him I would have had to make two maybe 3 trips if it had not been for that guy. The receptionist is the face of the company and it is very imperative that she assists each customer in an efficient manner to avoid frustrations.

Called at 1:45 PM on Saturday and dropped car off at 2:00 PM. Front and rear brakes / rotors installed within 2 hrs. Great advice from service advisor. Pricing within 3% of the 5 other local repair shops I called.

Took my 2013 S8 in with a squeaky noise in the suspension. The tech heard it, replaced the front sway bar bushings with a revised set and it's all fixed. They washed it and then driving home it poured rain. Oh well.

Leased a brand new beautiful 2018 Audi A6 on Friday. Salesperson Moe Darwesh helped me through the process and an hour later, I took possession. The financing part was straightforward without any tricks or mumbo jumbo. Everything was honest straight up and above board. All in all a rather stress free and satisfying experience.

The whole experience was fast and my salesman Kendrick Benson was extremely attentive, even while working with other customers at the same time. If I?m ever in the market again I will not hesitate to call/use Kendrick again.

I'm giving the "buying process" a 3-star rating because my car has Audicare, which I thought covered all regular scheduled maintenance during the warranty period. Not exactly! Does not include regular tire rotations, which they hit me for $69 to only rotate the tires. I guess the oil change, wash, and everything else was good, as it should be with what they charge for Audicare, But that cost for tire rotation left a bad taste.

My only negative feedback is with their shuttle service. It?s prompt from dealer to work, but pickup from work back to dealer has been deficient. Simple communication would solve the problem. I had a pickup scheduled for 3:00. My car was not ready at 3:00, so no one showed up to get me and no one called. I called dealer at 3:30 to find out no one had even been sent to get me yet. So I?m left hanging out outside waiting for a ride that wouldn?t have shown up until 4:30, when my car was actually ready. Everyone is always polite and apologetic, but I feel a procedure needs to be put in place to prevent this in the future, especially since this is the second time it has happened to me in a matter of months.

I had a damaged tire from road hazard. They replaced the tire, balanced all tires, washed my car in less than two hours while I waited drinking some of their good coffee!

They did a very good job. We had some maintenance work completed and a lot of warranty work done. The car is running perfectly!

I own a Audi A4 and when I needed my big Service done I was hesitant to get it done at a dealership considering I've worked in the car industry before at other dealerships. I was able to get my car serviced in the amount of time he quoted, he arranged a shuttle driver to pick me up, and when I got there I paid and my vehicle was delivered in a timely manner all while looking brand new and no longer in need of service. He did recommend that I get new tires soon. I definitely will be visiting this dealership whenever I have any service needs.
